My name is Janay and I am a certified Master Mindset Life Coach. I am a Reiki Master, and a Crystal Healer. I am a certified natural healer, and an empath. I am also a certified Relationship Life Coach I am also an empath. I specialize in astrology, and aromatherapy.💛

I completed an advanced training in depression counseling, and stress & anxiety management. I am currently studying to earn my degree in Human Service Counseling. I specialize in helping my clients obtain natural holistic mental health healing.

As a coach my main goal is to help my clients improve their health and wellbeing. The process may involve some amount of reflection (to identify the triggers and limiting beliefs that are keeping the client stuck). However with my coaching, hard work, and dedication to my clients I am able to help many people heal and restart and improve their life. Book a session with me today!

***Please be advised your first session with me needs to be a Soul Session‼️ You must book a Soul Session for you for appointment

***Please be advised all services require a non-refundable deposit of $25 at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

***No refunds will be offered however if you need to reschedule your appointment the deposit is transferable.

***Please reschedule all appointments 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged the full price of the service.

Reiki Energy Session

1 hour @ $45.00

Reiki is a form of energy healing therapy. It was developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the 1920s. Reiki encourages physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing by realigning your energy . Reiki can ease stress, anxiety, and the perception of pain. The goal of reiki is encourage physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing by realigning your energy.

Description: During a Reiki session, I will gently place my hands on or above your body to balance its flow of energy.

Crystal Healing/ Chakra Balancing Session

1 hour @ $75.00

Crystal healing is an alternative medical technique in which crystals and other stones are used to cure ailments and protect against disease, stress, and anxiety. Crystals act as conduits for healing — allowing positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative, disease-causing energy flows out.
During a treatment session, I will place various stones or crystals on your body aligned with these chakra points to promote peace and healing.

Relationship Soul Sessions

50 minutes @ $45.00

During the session, I will support individuals and couples in learning vital skills for relating, especially in marriages and romantic partnerships. I will help my clients develop conflict resolution skills and offer tools to deepen intimacy and pleasure in their relationships.
During an Individual Relationship Soul Session, I will help my clients dig deep into their past to work through emotional scars and pain. I help my clients gain to true self-esteem and self-love through relationship soul sessions.

Career Coaching Sessions

50 minutes @ $45.00

I am a expert in career planning, resume building, negotiation and interviewing. I am well versed in crafting resumes, career planning, motivation techniques and, most importantly, and network building.

Grief Healing

50 minutes @ $45.00

After a loved one dies, you may feel lost and overwhelmed. At the same time, you may struggle with sadness, intense emotional pain, and even anger.

A grief healing session is a one-on-one session that will help guide you through your own unique stages of grief—leading you to a life that is different but still rich in meaning.

Writing Session

50 minutes @ $65.00

Conflict Mediation

50 minutes @ $45.00

Conflict coaching enables you to talk about the conflict with a neutral third party, consider options for managing the conflict, and design an approach to discuss the conflict with the other person.

Conflict coaching can be useful in a variety of circumstances, including conflicts in the workplace, divorce, community disputes, family disagreements, or business conflicts

Conflict coaching can be used as a stand-alone process, or can be practiced with each of the parties parties in separate meetings

Emergency Session

45 minutes @ $125.00

Although I am generally around a month booked out and I have a waiting list for cancellations, I can make space available in my personal time for emergency situations.
